Our Team
Jacob Cagle - Director of Operations
The second of seven children, Jacob grew up in the hills west of Salem, OR. Active in athletics and skilled academically, Jacob excelled in school and chose University of Oregon for undergrad. Upon completion, Jacob moved to Portland, OR. After several years he found an opportunity to pursue a career in marketing management and excelled. Jacob recently relocated to New Mexico to be the Director of Operations for Motus Marketing.

Ben Nozzi - Director of Operations
Ben was born and raised in Rhode Island. He moved to Portland shortly after graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2018. Ben was hired by Jake in Portland one week after he moved there. After proving himself in the Portland office Ben moved down to Vegas to help launch the solar campaign. He recently moved out to Albuquerque and is now Motus Marketing’s Managing Partner. We look forward to watching him grow even more!
Salyna Newell - Office Administrator
A proud native New Mexican with a passion for creating positive experiences. I embarked on a journey with Motus Marketing in 2020 after dedicating 12 years to the customer service industry. My desire to love my job and make a meaningful impact led me here. Over the years, I've honed my skills and had the privilege of connecting with amazing individuals. Beyond the office, I'm an avid traveler, always eager to explore new horizons. Whether indulging in new experiences or getting lost in the pages of a captivating book, I find joy in the simple pleasures life has to offer.

My name is Jazmine Lopez I was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico. I’m an administrator here at Motus Marketing, where I work diligently behind the scenes in our office. With a passion for organization and a keen eye for detail , I ensure that everything run smoothly at the front desk. From managing phone calls and appointments to handling administrative tasks , I am the go to person for keeping our office operations efficient and effective. Motus has provided me with the opportunity to blend my organizational skills with a warm and welcome demeanor.
